        Since the new owners took over, they have rubbish customer service, several times my mum has not received a paper which is mean't to be delivered, we ring up and they never answer the phone, very poor service, one star is too generous.

        Tried sorting out a newspaper weekly delivery and they've absolutely fudged it up. Not received the paper a couple of times in a row and I cannot get a hold of them.
