Posting on my partners behalf. If I could give them no stars I would. I rang up first to see if they had space. They did, on the phone I said what I wanted my nails done like, requested how much it would cost he replied 23. I went, told them again what I wanted. I had natural nails when I went in asked for my nails to just be shaped up and have a gel French manicure. He started clipping them down so I basically had no nail to be able to do the French manicure. He attached tips and added acrylic which I didnt want and he didnt listen I said how much is this gonna cost, he then said 38 which isnt what I was told on the phone. 1- So I have to pay more for your mistakes? No.. When I said I shouldnt have to pay that much when you messed up. Said Id pay 30 but not the full amount because I was only supposed to pay 23 in the first place. He then goes well if you not going to pay I cut them off. Said go ahead. The guy then shouted F*** off at me and pointed towards the door. I happily left the building. Im not being spoken to like that. Im a customer providing to your business I should be treated with respect and provided the best customer service you provide. That wasnt customer service, it was pure rudeness and horrible. I WOULD NOT recommend this place AT ALL. There is other places you can go girlies, dont bother here. Thank me later

Popped in without an appointment on the off chance and was seen straight away! Great service, incredibly pleasant staff who listen to what you want and don't try and push you to have something you don't want or need. The music wasn't obnoxiously loud or intrusive, it was a pleasant volume which was fab. I'm quite introverted so like to just sit and enjoy the experience of having my nails done and there wasn't any forced conversation; I sometimes feel a bit rude but I wasn't made to feel awkward at all. Overall a really pleasant experience. The prices have gone up from what the website states but minimally so not a huge issue at all (full set of acrylis was 30, and online said 25) Amazing place and people, will definitely be going back for my infills in a few weeks!
