Potteries Motorcycle and Scooters is building itself a positive UK wide reputation, especially for Royal Alloys. Potteries is constantly being praised on Royal Alloy facebook pages and when groups of scooterists meet up people are saying the same thing. Myself and lots of other Royal Alloy owners that I know pass 3 scooter shops that sell Royal Alloy's to get to the potteries because their reputation is that good. I took my Royal Alloy in for a service yesterday and all the staff especially the service staff were brilliant (Andy). Nothing was too much trouble for them. Even though the coffee machine was broken they still went out of the way to make us a hot drink. I was kept informed about my scooters progress throughout the service. No wonder people who bought their scooter at other shops are now coming to Potteries to get it serviced.

Five large gold stars to the guys at The Potteries Motorcycle Centre. A year ago, 2022, I went to purchase a Lambretta V50. I haven't been in a motorcycle store since about 1985. My wife and I were welcomed into the store and made comfortable with brews and cake. A win from the start. Andrew and team asked questions about my motorcycle requirements and gave us an unbiased opinion on what was available. Just under a year later I contacted the store to arrange servicing and warranty. I was remembered and advised accordingly, with complete professionalism. I would highly recommend the store and advise anyone that these guys at the top of the the motorcycle sales game. Many many thanks Andrew and the team.
