        Had a call with Nicholas Turner today and came away more positive than when I started. He was polite and friendly, explained things very clearly, using visual aids, back tracking when I asked to add in extra info and made me feel comfortable in asking questions as I felt a little out of my depth not know how it all worked. Would recommend.
