Nicola Bowles Mortgage Matters of Staffordshire

Im a first time buyer and before speaking to Nicola, I didnt have a clue where to start, and what process to follow in regards to buying a house. The first house I found ended up falling through on the vendors side, through no fault of their own and I was left feeling really deflated after a long 9 months. I then found another property and thanks to Nicola and Lisa, just 3 months on I finally pick up the keys this week! They both worked so hard to get me my mortgage, even after me leaving work to go on Maternity Leave. They both have been amazing, supportive and gone above and beyond to help me buy my first home for my children and I. I cannot recommend them enough! As first time buyers, we didn't know a lot about the ins and outs of buying a house but Nicola talked us through everything we needed. She sorted everything out quickly and she answered every question we had. Even when we could only meet later on in the day after work, she was willing to accommodate. I would highly recommend Nicola for anyone buying a property, but especially if you are a first time buyer as she helps to put you at ease.

I've used Nicola twice now for a remortgage, the first being straight forward and cutting years off my mortgage. The second, my circumstances changed half way through which was a very stressful time and I was unsure how or if I could proceed. Nicola had all the information and along with her calm and caring manner she got me the right mortgage and signposted me to other services needed. I can't thank her enough as I really didn't know where to turn.
