I ordered a model from them but what turned up was nothing like the item ordered, when I tried to call their number as per the website and ebay 'The number dialed has not been recognised please check the number and try again' This is totally unacceptable

Order placed on a Sunday evening, order received Wednesday morning. During this time 5 emails from them notifying me of progress. Order included several different items - aftermarket parts, decals and a couple of kits - it arrived complete & well packaged including, in this case, free delivery. So... I have to say really good experience, competitive pricing, good comms and very rapid delivery. I recognise other people's experience may differ which is disappointing. I think we always want suppliers to offer a great service, deal with any problems professionally and thrive and prosper as a consequence. Hopefully MH can address the issues where they may have fallen short.

Dreadful... just dreadful. Ordered a model for my dad for his birthday and despite placing it in good time, it never arrived. Tried emailing them and they gave no explanation. Asked them to re-send the model; no reply. Eventually they just refunded me without any explanation. Never using them again! This isnt the first time these guys have bungled my order. Abysmal.
