What an ace place! Huge stock and local to me. Their guys really know what they are talking about

placed three online orders over the course of a year. Had to chase every one as when you use the Track Me facility they just sit as " processing " for days on end updated to reply to your reply My first order was placed on a Sunday night. by Friday I hadn't heard anything, so I emailed you. the order was then processed the same day. so that's more than 48 hrs isn't it? should I post photos to back up my claim? The latest order was on bank holiday Monday ( your website chasing me for the 2 o'clock cut off for next day delivery ) so I'm not sure how you emailed me on Easter Sunday to tell me of delays when I didn't order until the Monday?

Firstly, "in store shopping" is inaccurate. There might be shelves and shelves of products and merchandise, but it's all behind the counter. Think of it more like Argos - you can go in if you have already placed an order, but you can't browse. Worse still, if you go in with your mobile phone and say you want one of these (point to a picture of the product on their website), it's still 50-50 that they'll have it. We were told, "It's in stock, but we haven't got it in." Please explain. We then tried click and collect instead, and the experience was not much better. Each email update or order notification was one step behind. We got a "thank you for creating an account" when we placed an order, a "thank you for your order" when it had been picked, and all the time the website said "Quote sent, awaiting invoice" for an order which was paid for with PayPal. It wasn't a great experience and we'll be sticking with our other, smaller stores instead.
