I got a puncture in my mobility and within 2 hours they had sent someone out and it was fixed, the man who came was really nice and the price was brilliant, would definately recommend

after a verbal recommendation i rang Total Mobility and straight away Paul put me at ease and came to collect my scooter, next day it was done and returned to me. thank you Paul, i will definately use you again and i highly recommend Total Mobility to anyone who reads this. Ta mate.

Went out of there way to source the rare part we needed for the mobility scooter and managed to find one and fit it and drop it back off, couldn't of been anymore helpful thankyou

Brilliant service turned up to repair my drive scooter dead on time and returned it the next day going now better than ever cant thank them enough

Boss very bossy and arrogant (Sharon I think) and rude with manners of a naughty child as soon as she realised this disabled lady was unsatisfied with the repair service done only end of August 2022 (Paid 370 for a repair done on a powered wheelchair) she became aggressive and threatening that she will put the phone down! They knew it will not work but still charged callouts and extra 50 an hour. After I mentioned the Ombudsman and other regulatory bodies she was more careless I explained that there must be warranties and after service care she was not interested instead shouting and threatening to put the phone down in a very rude manner. I asked for full refund since she has not enjoyed the use of the services she received. I was able to get 230 as long as I take the batteries though she paid 250 so they just stolen 140 from this poor disabled lady who suffers from variety of illnesses including depression, swollen heart and liver. Please avoid at all cost that is why I took the time and wrote this genuine review .
