From my intial contact with Joe Chadwick right through to collecting my vehicle, the experience was faultless. I iniially contacted Joe interested in a car I had seen on the website, Joe obviously picked up during our conversation that he could offer me a better vehicle more in line with my requirements and wishes. I have just been to collect my mothers new UX250h F Sport this morning, with my wife and mother and have to share what a wonderful experience that was. We ordered the vehicle last September (2022) and at that point was advised by Joe Chadwick that delivery would likely be in August 2023. From that point forwards, Joe has kept us updated every step of the way ( a brief phone call every couple of weeks, just to let you know that you havent been forgotten and if any changes are afoot). I am delighted to say that the delivery dates continued to improve and that the handover went really well this morning. The attention to detail that Lexus and in particular, the Stoke team apply, is second to none. Thanks for all of your efforts Joe. It is really appreciated.

I have just collected my 2022 Lexus NX 450h+, and couldn't be more happy! The customer service was as always absolutely exemplary with particular thanks going to Joe Chadwick - I really enjoyed the Tea Ceremony this time and feel sure that all will be well because of it.
