        Really pleased with my curtains I have received from Terrys Fabrics. Brilliant quality beautiful mute colours . Much more than expected. Beautiful matching cushions to compliment the curtains. Couldnt be happier.

        I ordered 4 shades of green samples. Then placed online order for the chosen shade. I double checked it was green velvet material but received turquoise instead. On ringing Customer services, I enquired if I could get the correct replacement colour - thats a no. I enquired if I could get a discount on the correct colour - thats a no. I enquired if online orders are linked to the sample requests - thats a no. Zero customer service.

        Fantastic knowledge. Popped in this morning with a cutting of approx 8 year old material which I wanted to have cushions made for my existing Roman blinds. As soon as I walked in, within 5 seconds the gentleman looked at and named the material....impressed. This was eis discontinued; however his excellent customer service did not stop there he went on the computer and found a reminant on line and gave me the details and I have successfully ordered it the exact material. Big thank you to th8s man of knowledge. I wish I had his name as he is great at his job. Even the staff agreed with me when i said, "he is great". Give him a rise...thank you again..happy customer even though I did not purchase anything I was made welcome. A BIG THANK YOU AGAIN... hope this email reaches the right person!, x Debbie Morrey.
