Really bad service. Was promised a call back on three different occasions and never received one. I mean i could not even arrange a viewing for places that i had told them i was interested in. So god knows how they would be like for people who rent from them.

Okay first of all I should state that I have lived within a green pad property for 4 years. It has overall been a terrible experience. Especially over the last few years. The rooms are firmly not worth the price if you look around the greater stoke area you can find better or cheaper. As of my experience in 2022 they do not have a receptionist to properlly recieve parcels, deliveries etc. So you can and will recieve things late. Locked contracts, which means that if you cannot stay in stoke for any reason you will likely not be able to cancel your contract and must pay the full amount which depending on your situation is terrible to deal with. I had left my studies and wanted to go home as quite simply I couldnt afford to pay the remaining tenancy. I was given zero options despite writing to the landlord. This then led to me having to pay council tax as the building isnt covered under the contract. Wifi was generally terrible. Going off at times anywhere between 5pm and 1am. Upper floor windows do not open further then a few centimeteres which makes summers extremely unbearable! In general contact with the staff could take days to communicate and solve simple issues! If you are a non local student looking for a place to live do not make it here! I would nit reccomend any property provided by them!
