        I am trying to contact this company to return a coin I didn't request but customer services doesn't exist and no reply online aswell ...I think I've been scammed

        Absolute cowboys, set up a DD on my elderly parents account using their credit card number which unfortunately my dad gave over the phone. He has dementia and is very much a vulnerable person. We sent an email through their Customer support site asking them to cease the coins. They've just sent a letter threatening bailiff to my parents who are in their eighties. No contact number, no direct email address. What financial institution regulates this company? Am absolutely horrified.

        Phoned up to cancel this they agreed and yet they still took 43 pound out of my bank they are not honest people. They ignore you. They dont deserve to be in business, they have now put me in the red with my bank, not happy, lets see if they give me my money back.
