Wow, what a service!! After speaking to a gentleman late Thursday afternoon at Cara who was extremely helpful said his colleague John will be in touch to help. It couldnt have been ten minutes later, John called who knew exactly what part I needed. I have been calling round searching for a new lock. This company and the staff have gone above an beyond to help me. Their customer service skills are the best Ive ever encountered. When our Caravan is due for an upgrade I will be using Cara. And at last I have found a company that can source and supply all Adria parts. Thank you John and to your team for a great experience. Highly recommend company with exceptional customer service skills and wealth of knowledge to support any request.
