We can highly recommend this company. The staff are helpful and courteous and their products and quality of fit are excellent. The aftercare is also fantastic. We recently had an issue with our shower a good 18 months after install but the team were great at getting it sorted at our convenience. They couldn't have been more helpful. If you're looking for quality customer care as well as products then Bespoke Bathrooms is the company to go to.

Our new bathroom is now complete and both myself and my wife are extremely satisfied with the end result. The work involved the removal of the old sink, toilet, and bath. This was replaced with new products, including a 2 door quadrant shower. Initially, we visited the showroom of Bespoke Bathrooms in King Street Fenton.We were greeted by Maz and his friendly team, who provided excellent information and possible design layouts. The work itself was carried out by Adam, who is a very experienced fitter. It was obvious from the start that Adams aim was to complete the work to an exceptionally high standard. Had our outdated shower room re-designed and supplied by Maz of BBS. Installed by two great fitters Andy and Steve , and exceptional service from Mark on the supply of goods. Thankyou to all of the team.

We chose BBS to replace the bathroom in my dads house, having done the usual research on them, including the reviews here. We werent disappointed. Mas is excellent, he took complete ownership of the project, designing the new bathroom, supplying the materials and organising installation. He puts the customer front and centre, and provides a solution based on their requirements and budget, and exceeded our expectations, using his knowledge of bathroom products and what is current. As with these installations, one or two unexpected issues arise, but Mas was always available to provide a solution. The installation team were first rate, turning Mass design into reality, and would go the extra mile to get the job done. My only comment would be that on occasion they needed some management and direction, when faced with issues on the job. Mas was always available to resolve these. Id highly recommend BBS if youre considering a new bathroom.
