        What a lovely shop - bought boned pork shoulder and it cooked beautifully and was so tender.

        Polite efficient and perfectly good local butchers where nothing is too much trouble when requesting a smaller/larger portion or something a little bit different that's on show. Superb pork sausages made from an old family recipe, my son is a seriously top top chef (sorry I know it sounds like I'm bragging, it's just that I'm so proud of him) thinks they are some of the best he's eaten.
