After a very lengthy frustrating virtual assistant chat to renew my contract in the end instead of renewing it they cancelled it. So I went to Hanley Vodafone shop and dealt with Sam who was extremely helpful and sorted out my problem. Much better experience face to face

Not nice when you are disabled and stood there for 20 minutes for someone to que jump snd they do nothing about it , left yo stand for another half hr , maybe should have a ticket system to stop this

Absolutely horrendous I can not wait until August when my contract is up and I can go elsewhere. I've had so much trouble and stress due to the incompetence of Vodafone call centre. I had to go into a store to try and resolve there mess.
