Staff are rude, obnoxious and don't give a fig about customer service.
I was shocked at the way I was spoken to today and only after talking to another shop on site, they advised me that the shop was closing and maybe this is why the staff are so horrible to customers.
As to when they are closing they were unable to say, but it doesn't surprise me in the slightest.
Pro-Cook at the other end of the shopping village were so much more helpful and took time to chat!
