Called today at the Trentham store and did not find the service very good.
This lady furnished me with all her qualifications and also that she is due to retire in 2 years rather than giving me friendly advice on the process regarding self service. I felt it was some sort of competition or job interview rather than the usual service I have received from this store in the past.
