        Subway got my collection order completely wrong, with things in them we can't eat. Complained and unbelievably got an email saying "we often promote different products in new, creative ways" - which almost implies it was a deliberate choice to not give me what I ordered and paid for.

        Went into Subway for a quick something to bite to eat before work, we got served by Becks (which it said on the name badge) i have never met anyone to be so rude and blunt, yes theyre might be other parts played into why she might not be feeling work! however it wasnt pleasant to receive this customer service, i work in hospitality myself and have to deal with people on the daily and wouldnt dream of giving this customer service to anyone! While trying to pay shes too interested in her phone and messaging people back!

        Their diesel is cheaper for a reason its the worst. Bad mpg the car wont pull anymore. When I refuel from Esso I feel the difference instantly better mpg and better car responsiveness.
