I have ordered a single bed on 2/3/23 from them .I been told that the delivery will be between 2 and 3 week time.after 3 weeks I been called them several time as they did not contact me to arrange for a delivery date and time and when they offered me this they did not turn up only after 7 hrs delay while I waste my day and they came only with the bed base without to informedme ,this was last Friday .Since then I have called them several times to arrange for my headboard to be delivered .now one week later and 4 since I have ordered the bed I still not have the headboard

Bed ordered 28/01/23. Promised that delivery wouldn't be too long and still waiting delivery (07/03/23) Emailed and emailed no reply. Called both numbers to be given every excuse possible. Apparently director is on holiday and I need to wait another week to get a refund. Customer services a joke. No respect for customers and no updates on delivery. Shocking.

Great service by the delivery lads bed turned up 2 weeks late but good quality so worth the wait not cheap but you have to pay for quality thank you A50 beds one happy customer Mark France

We knew about the waiting time for delivery, Happy with the initial service and left the deposit ,had an expected installation date. There were then problems with staff leaving and manufacture delay. It was frustrating as it was the final item for the completion of bedroom refurbishment. We visited the shop to see what was happening, we were offered our money back, twice as we were mow getting more frustrated. Owner called in a favour to get the bed delivered, installed, headboard fitted and old bed taken away. It was not the owners fault of the unfortunate events, but he went out of his way to rectify, and gave us a small discount for our inconvenience and patience staying with them. I would like to say agsin we were offered our deposit back. Apart from the unforseen events, a smooth process for any doubters.
