I have been a joiner for over 10 years, laid loads of floors in my time and the stuff supplied by this company has been by far the worst quality stuff Ive ever put down. I would go as far as to refuse work if it meant I had to put down another floor supplied by these. Horrendous. For some reason its not letting me reply to your comments, my name is Jack rowley. Ordered our flooring in Jan for collection when it came into stock as it was a pre-order item. We received no updates or communication from the company as to when it would be in stock, even after the estimated date had passed. We chased this up but got no reply to any emails. Our order then turned up at our home address without warning, no one was in to take delivery so it had to be left on our drive. Although a disappointing start, we decided to lay the floor, which looked beautiful when complete. However there were a large number of damaged, unusable boards across multiple packs of the flooring. Lots of snapped corners and strips of the click lock section missing / cracked. I checked the packaging prior to contacting the company about how to order some extra boards to replace the damaged ones and whether we could order another 16m2 at the same time (we had decided to finish another room in the same style) but it became apparent that we had been sent flooring in "woodland fir" not "natural fir". We contacted the company about this and received an email reply asking for our contact details, which we provided. Having missed a call from the company, we have tried on multiple occasions to call back and not once have we had the call answered. The flooring itself looks good and was easy to install, but our overall experience with the company has been terrible. It is hugely disappointing that we have been unable to replace the damaged flooring so we can finish the project and the fact we were sent the wrong flooring means we will not purchase further to finish the additional room, as it is significantly more expensive that what we ordered.
