How helpful the young lady was on the phone when I asked for directions to their warehouse in Fenton We then went to visit them and another young lady was very patient and helpful while we looked at a range of floor boarding for our bathroom

In a word 'FANTASTIC'. Best friendly and professional service you could want or expect. Delt with Lorna who went well out of her way to assist with appliance isses we were having. Put us in touch with a professional fitter who also provided a fabulous service, such nice friendly, polite, helpful team. Would never go anywhere else as the service and products cannot be beaten. If you are thinking of a new kitchen or even just an appliance then look no further! Best customer service you could wish for and will always go the extra mile to help out.
