Martin and Adam were so helpful and lovely, couldn't do enough! Thank you, will be coming back! *Edit* 5 months later, I went back. Ian was so helpful and was so patient as I spent quite awhile in the shop deciding on tiles he was very knowledgeable in knowing exactly what measurements I would need. Very lovely man!

Very happy with my recent purchase of tiles and flooring from Tops Tiles in Fenton. The guys were attentive and gave us plenty of advice on the products and the extras we needed. The range of samples of flooring and tiles meant we could visualise what out bathroom would look like. On the day we even got to colour match the grout for the tiles. Going to be busy for a few weeks now, plumbing, tiling, decorating and flooring. Thanks for the assistance. See you again when I have the energy to do the main bathroom. :-)

Called in today. Just started having a look for floor tiles when a man approached me and asked what I was looking for. I said floor tiles. He said. We close in four minutes ! Not 3 not 5. Four !! I said ok I shall go and he walked away. I understand now that I had left it too late and they were about to close but left feeling that he was very rude. Why ask what I wanted. No apology, like Im so sorry but we shall be closing soon?? Just rude. No problem though because I shant be going there again.

I am a complete novice and had 1 million questions about where to start my project but the team here couldn't have been more helpful, they even offered advice over the phone if I felt the need! Great service
