Why is birches head medical center advertising new nhs patients When you can't get an appointment to be seen for 2 weeks and no repeat prescription reviews for over 3 years

Just had an appointment with Dr Aleem, what a super doctor he is. He is very thorough and explains your medical condition to you, probably the best doctor at the practice. I will have no hesitation in asking to see him in the future.

I can only comment on my own experience but as a relatively new patient to this practice I have so far been very impressed with the service that I have received on the couple of occasions that I have had a consultation with a Dr. I recently had a consultation with a Dr Kumar who was excellent! Most importantly he was attentive and listened (which in my opinion is the mark of a good clinician). A collaborative treatment plan qas devised in which I am extremely pleased with. Keep up the good work!

Had my vaccination here and it was straight forward and quick. People were very friendly and professional! Highly recommend
