Prepaymania

Very disappointing. Placed order online via GoogleShop link. Order accepted for goods shown as in stock (8 units), completed and paid for next day delivery. 24 hrs later received email to advise no stock and so unable to fulfil the order. Advised that full refund would be made and order cancelled, but means that goods expected to be received today will not be received (disappointed child) and that now have to reorder from other supplier with slower fulfilment and so have to wait even longer.

A Terrible Company!! Hi - I have called pre pay mania in order to buy a fone range (dust, shock and water proof handset with Dual sim. I have given my master card details to the gentleman and he said there's some problem, since the beginning of the time, I had used this card everyday and there's been never an issue with the credit card limit in mind. I had submitted the funds via bank transfer (urgent) and i was never sent a payment confirmation even when I requested several times on the phone, via email. 2 Days after I received another email saying about missed purchase, I was very worried because it has been paid and I was told to receive the handset and external memory next day, I called on all numbers including 0845 and the guy on the phone was not just rude but not willing to help I can see, I had called them over a 30-times since I purchased the handset and memory and paid them. I was told that the phone and external memory will be with me on Monday and this is not the case again I called them and I was told that I will be sent this handset and external memory tomorrow on Tuesday and i have this in writing. Now I have just received another email saying, their 2 phones are damaged and 4 are missing, so they cannot send any goods at all. Now they want me to buy another phone from them This is a joke - a real joke which has cost me over a 100 for calls and over a 5 years of my life to get to know I will not be delivered these goods and 5 days wasted in total I will ask all of you beware of this dodgy company and if possible, we should all report this to Trading standards agency If you can, please do it because I am going to do this and I have complete communication via email, incoming and outgoing calls and so on.
