        I bought "GREEN DAY LP Revolution Radio RED Vinyl Limited" from them on eBay. The vinyl record is unfortunately damaged and is skipping throughout the whole first side. When I contacted the store they said that I should send them a video. And I did. They replied that they can't play it, so I uploaded it to YouTube and sent them the link. No reply. I write to them again, and they say that they never got the link. I reply again sending the link. No reply. I write again and they say that they don't even know about which order we are talking about. There was an order number in the title and also in my first message to them. I am very disappointed because clearly they are playing dumb and refusing to replace the damaged record. Will never buy from them again!
