Ordered a PC in May 2020. It didn't arrive and I then spent two weeks phoning and emailing the company. They never answered the phone and I did not get any replies to my emails. Eventually had to raise a dispute/claim through PayPal to get my money back.

My partners son ordered a PC from you in early June. Whilst we understand that there may be a delay with orders due to the current situation, the lack of communication regarding this has been shocking. He has sent several emails and had no response despite you having had almost 1000 of his money for over 6 weeks now!

Avoid for now. Not open for business even though their website let me purchase a monitor showing as in stock, took payment and then radio silence for two weeks. No response to emails, and calling them is an exercise in futility. Now need to start PayPal process to get my money back. Fun way to have my funds locked for 3-4 weeks. Avoid!

Beware of this company, they sell you pcs with faulty parts and don't work properly. I bought a PC from this company back in 2015 and the pc was under performing and had lag spikes that made the games unplayable. Sent the PC back and forward and they ended up giving me a faulty CPU which they claimed they had tested.

I bought a pc back in January with rtx 2070 graphics card its been working okay maybe not as much fps as i was expecting to get. Now all of a sudden the graphics card is overheating. I have sent an email and will await a response to get this sorted as its within warranty. If it gets sorted then i will change my review.
