absolute no customer service at this place unless your paying no one to help you to locate a item that you are looking for despite me asking for help got a young inexperienced security asking me why I was puffing and panting for breath as I was paceing around the store looking for my item I told him that I'm not doing anything wrong by puffing and panting he agreed but told me that I can get barred so if you suffer from any kind of breathing difficulties you can get bared from this place ,, I went to Newcastle store and got a very friendly service.

Rubbish waste of time wanted a pair of trainers asked for amember of staff for help and spent the next 30 mins standing around waiting my wife asked a member of staff on the tills for help and was told we will have to wait so after 40mins we walked out there was 2 staff on tills 1 member of staff on footware with 15 people waiting for assistance and not a single care given by the staff
