If the staff don't like you then they report you for anything that you tell them. So you have to either lie or say very little. And if this is the case then what is the point of being in a job where you dislike the people you are trying to help. And be very aware that you will change your key worker every couple of months. Now they don't even bother calling every month as if thats any good anyway. Another overpaid profession who have read a book about addiction and then think they know it all. Your years of being an addict count for nothing so good luck with the place.

My partner had an appointment booked in over the telephone and an hour later nobody has still bothered to contact him. We have called and the receptionist has said that somebody will be in touch with him at some point today which isnt good enough as he booked the day off work for this appointment and is something that took a lot of courage to book in the first place! It is really important that he gets seen to ASAP this isnt fair

WTH ARE THESE SO CASEWORKERS BEING PAID FOR BECAUSE THEY AIN'T DOING THEIR JOBS.. EXPECTING CLIENTS TO RING THE CHEMIST AND ASK IF THEY CAN TAKE YOU ON AND HAVING TO PRETEND I'M MY WORKER BECAUSE THE CHEMIST ASKS QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CLIENT.. AND NOW SAYING I'VE GOT TO TRAVEL FROM TUNSTALL TO MEIR BECAUSE THEY CAN'T BE ARSED TO CANCEL YOUR OLD SCRIPT AND DO ANOTHER FOR THE NEW CHEMIST I'VE NEVER EVEN MET MY CASEWORKER
