AVOID!! Shameful treatment of my elderly grandparent with dementia. Might seem nice at first but really would not recommend this care home. Some of the staff are decent - but the owner and manager have treated my grandparent appallingly. Staff seem to be in agreement with this as well. Such a shame.

Beware of this care home. My father of 91 years old and suffers with Alzheimers dementia was asked to leave with 4 weeks notice given. All because he got a UTI and his behaviour changed for a couple of days! They do not have enough staff to deal with anything like this.

My mum has been at Hilton House now for 2 months, and I can't find anything bad to say about the place, the staff are so friendly and welcoming to me and my family, they are all amazing. Mum she's doing really well since she's been there, also the entertainment thats put on for them is fantastic. The activities also are spot on. I can't speak highly enough of all the staff and everyone involved that have helped my mum to settle in so well. Once again a big thanks to all. I just want to thank all the staff for being amazing. Don't work here they withhold your wages and treat there staff unfairly and they charge u 300 pound for training and make u work redicously hours and make the care for the residents can't be kept up as they really understaffed and can't get the carers because of all this and don't provide contracts when asked probe the worst company I've ever worked for and cqc was there when I started work they new they come in and did checks so they had nights and day staff so they looked good but they really need checking again

My mum was here for 2 weeks respite care and really enjoyed her stay. It got us through a very difficult period whilst her medication was changed and she came home happy and well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to use again
