Agnes & Arthur - Dementia Care Home

Our mum recently passed away in Agnes & Arthur and we cannot praise or thank ALL of the care and home staff for their love, care and professionalism towards our mum and the family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our mum had been a resident for about 20 months and despite all the issues around covid my sister and I always felt reassured that our mum was safe and well cared for and in the best place. The staff work exceptionally hard but always seem to have a smile and a kind word for residents and their families. They seem to treat the residents as though they are members of their own family. My mum room was always very clean and tidy and smelt fresh and well maintained. Anita seems an excellent manager always quick to offer advice and support with any queries or concerns. Despite all our sadness our experience with the home has been excellent.
