Ive never written anyone a negative review before. Hopefully, that puts in perspective how disappointing my experience has been with this company. Ordered a "team logo" waterproof jacket and hat in early November for my nephew's birthday/xmas in December. After not hearing anything back for a month, I called and was told the jacket was out of stock and they were incoming from Spain. I asked that the hat be done in the meantime, which I later collected. As each month went by I continue to call about the jacket given the same half arsed patter and asked if they could "call me back in half hour", the call back never came. Eventually, come March I had given up, I asked to cancel the order, which was refunded. A complete lack of customer service. You pay money to a company and expect a product in return. As a customer I shouldn't have to be ringing you up and problem solving my order on your behalf. If I had known this would be the outcome, I could have taken a tailoring course, purchased the jacket, logo and sewing machine and tailored it myself and probably saved money and time.

In a word DIABOLICAL; would have given less than one star if i could! Ordered a cricket club hat which on their website was in the club colours of green and yellow, so ordered this and was obviously therefore expecting it! It arrived, but was black with a black bobble (NOT yellow and green) Having sent numerous emails about the order previously (which were never answered) I rang on Friday and spoke to Pete who said oh we ran out of the green ones so we sent you a black (-how can a sports store not understand club colours??) told him would return it on the saturday to get a refund; duly drove a 40 mile round trip to be met with a saturday girl who said she was not authorised/didnt know how to do refunds!!!!! She phoned someone and then came back with my refund in cash! At no stage of speaking to Pete or today getting a refund was any apology given! How difficult can it be to make a phone call or send an email asking if the substitute colour was acceptable?!
