Even the phone number for Kidsgrove as it appears on the website is invalid. I just want to actually talk to someone. At the moment I can't even find a reason for awarding a single star!

Absolutely awful service! The man behind the counter didnt have a clue what he was doing. Tried to tell me that my parcel had been delivered when it hadnt. Showed him the photo of the parcel that the postman had taken and it was a completely different door to my mine so that soon shut him up. He then told me it had been delivered to someone else instead. I received no phone call back that day when he said he would call, I cant even ring the customer helpline which I was given because it just cuts off. No phone number to the branch I visited either so I have a Christmas present thats been personalised and it is with someone else. Im out of pocket now, a Christmas present down and no one at Royal Mail willing to help when they are the ones that are at fault with this situation. Merry bloody Christmas!
