Fantastic service from start to finish. We bought a property through Samuel Makepeace and have used them to rent it out, the process was quick and simple. We didnt have to do anything AND they achieved a better price for the property than we had originally expected to be able to achieve. Special thanks to Izzie who was extremely helpful and kept us updated throughout. Will definitely be using them again.

Complete waste of time they choose the date and time I took the day of work they then called and said they need to reschedule and never did after chasing they then said the vendor wasnt taking anymore viewing a utter waste of time! Updated review the company was the one who cancelled the viewing they booked for the 08/03/2023 10:00 the company choose that date and time and I had to book a day off when they cancelled they stated they said would call to rearrange and never did my review is 100% accurate to what happened! Updated 16/03/23 This i find funny the agency is blatantly lying that they never cancelled when I have l a recording of the entire conversation the phkne was on load speaker and it was recorded by my home cctv before if youre going to lie I can post it on your Facebook page let me know if you would like me to do that! The lady called and cancelled and said the vendor apparently had school run your agency said they would call back to rearrange and never did I waited a week then called back you then booked it in for Saturday and said he vendor will have to confirm it and youll call back no one called I called back a few days later and was told the vendor isnt taking about more viewing so I said you and your agency is a complete waste of time the lady apologies and even said the vendor has cancelled quite a few viewings and I can prove this! so yes you are lying and instead of admitting you decide to lie even more!
