Just about to spend lots of money with Magnet on a new kitchen, the odd service wobble along the way but compared to this sector Magnet are much better than competitors. Speak to Neve, she is smilly, pleasant and efficient

Good service overall but had to wait a while.( expect this is due to our current pandemic and staff shortages).

I would have loved to have given this review a 5 star because the kitchen itself deserves it but there have been so many issues during the process (design and install) that it would be an unrealistic review. Firstly, I had a change of designer halfway through so I had to go through everything with a second person. Secondly, my install date was put back 2 weeks at the last minute which I had to work my life around. Finally, the contract was changed regularly resulting in errors, including one for removal. Hippo bags were ordered instead of a skip that was on the contract and so its now 3 weeks since my install and my old kitchen is still on my front lawn with a promise that it will be collected soon. As I stated above, the kitchen itself is great quality but the service is very questionable. Service: Paint indoors

We saw some kitchen styles and colours We liked on the Magnet website, so made an appointment and went along. What they had advertised wasn't available! What a waste of everyone's time
