I used Keates to sell a small commercial property and have been nothing but impressed with the attention to detail and commitment to securing the best offer for the premises. Andrew was always available to discuss any issues, liaise with the buyer and acted promptly and efficiently to get the sale eventually completed by the deadline. I would not hesitate to use Keates again in the future.

This estate agent has very poor customer service. We made a booking with them to view some houses and got our confirmation email for 3pm. We arrived at the 1st house at 2:44pm and nobody turned up. We called the estate agent serval times and got no response. We drove to the estate agent and was told that they had our booking down for 2:30pm and that they were trying to contact us however the number was incorrect. The young lady was quite unsympathetic about the mistake they had made regarding our booking and did not even want to reschedule our appointment. I travelled quite far to come with a baby to view houses just to be told that because of an error on their side they cant do anything about it. We are cash buyers and we were really looking forward to doing business with this estate agent, however the customer service today was poor. I hope they can do better in the future.

Keates were very responsive and in two sales situations achieved a higher price for both houses than was expected. Very good service.
