I was very happy with the service I received from yourmove particularly from Ian. I was buying a property & the sale had complications due to equity release & probate. Ian was in constant contact with both sets of solicitors, myself & the seller trying his best to chivvy them along. I am most grateful for his help & persistence

I would highly recommend Ian and his team to anyone when it comes to property management, sales and advice. The team at Tunstall have managed two apartments for me for 15 years and also had oversight of the recent sale of both. The team have always been very professional and proactive in advising and informing me of everything in the management of the apartments which reassured me that the apartments were being well looked after, which was important to me as I did not live local. Looked at a property with this estate agent, everything seemed to be good at the start although be it a bit slow on responding. As I moved a head with the property and paid the holding deposit and went on to reference checks, problems occurred when I was advised to lie on the references by the agent Josh, where he told me to not put that i had been out of the country and instead put that u had been living with parents for the last 3 years, and then to add a friend and their address as a previous rental reference, something which falls under fraud and would make me legally liable and potentially black list me from future rentals. I contacted the manager of the store Ian who agreed this was illegal and fraudulent behaviour but said it was a training issue. I had to pull out of applying for the property as I don't want to be liable and could provide references form my time abroad and previous UK references. Eventually they agreed to return the holding deposit to me, however after days of waiting and it being past the allocated time to receive the refund nothing had been refunded to me, in the end I have had to contact the FCA about this and the reference company who do the checks for them. This had made things much harder after returning home to the UK and added undue stress. My advice would be not to deal with this company as they are willing to break the law and leave you liable to get their commission. Be warned not to deal with this company who are now under investigation by the FCA.
