Quality Estate Agents

If I can leave less than 1 star I will leave less than 1 star. As a landlords with few HMO' s in Stoke on Trent this is the most terrible experience we have ever had in our entire life. We have been working with this agency for about 3 years and at the begining everything was fine. When we first met Alex he said to us "We are your ears and your eyes in this town" /we live far from Stoke, but unfortunately nothing like this has happened. The service they provided was terrible - no inspection, no reports, bad communication, long void periods ect. At the end of the day we finished with 8 out of 10 empty rooms and they always had an excuses. They did not even advertise our properties properly, saying "Sorry, we did not know the houses are not on the market" Thst is how they waisted our time for many months and left us with empty student rooms. We found another agency which managed to fill our rooms in less than 1 month and we have started the new academic year on 1st of September, 2022 with filled rooms. Calling all landlords, if you do not like to finish like us, please stay away from this people. At the very beginning they are very kind, they pretend to be very proffesional, but their service gets worst and worst day after day and the final result is empty rooms. Knowing them, they will find excuse for everything, so Alex feel free to write as much as you can! Explain people what a bad clients we are.

Brilliant service, I handed over the keys to Liz and she did all the work. Kept me on the loop throughout and was even great when we were having troubles with solicitors. Highly recommended and will use again.

I used Liz a few years ago & just used their services agin on another let. The management has ran perfect for 3 years, i can not find fault. On my 2nd now & moving forward confidently with a great agent behind me.
