Cannot praise Alma enough, she was patient, attentitive and so dedicated in helping me choose a friends 'special birthday gift' . By no means was I the easiest customer , I had purchased an item online that I was disappointed with However, this did not phase Alma, whilst I was liasing by phone with another friend ( as this was a joint purchase) sending and receiving screenshots of items online and instore, she was fully committed in ensuring I left the store completely satisfied with my purchase. All the staff were very friendly and on hand, I was in there quite a while but I have to highlight Alma's service as it was second to none, thankyou so much.
