        As an end user I can confirm that this company should be sued for having the word care in their title. They send people out who have not got a clue what they are doing. They lie about what they carry out for my parent. When I complain I am just ignored. One person came out and was present for less than 5 minutes. They allegedly washed and dressed my ageing parent and made them breakfast. They left a terrible mess behind them. The company are abysmal how they havent been publicly shamed by the local press is beyond me. There are a few good carers but they are overshadowed by the rest. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. You only need to look at the CQC report (link on website) it does not make for good reading at all.
