I was charged 650.00 to have my Nana's ring cleaned and re-sized, as well as fitted with a new ruby and new claws. The repairs were not satisfactory. The ruby was too small and therefore, raised above the cluster in which the original ruby was placed. Although I was given a choice of three rubies, I would have paid more, had I been informed that a larger ruby would have been more fitting to the ruby/cluster setting. Moreover, the sizing of the ring was far too large. I now have to approach other jewellers for their assistance. I am not happy with the service!!! Moreover, I feel that I have been over-charged!!!

Absolutely wonderful service. Myself and my husband had a watch each that needed a battery,one needed a strap and another one the clasp had broken. We had tried different jewellers who had failed to repair them saying they couldn't get the parts etc and then Sarah in Skelhorns said leave them with me. They've both come back like new watches. Both repaired and cleaned, couldn't be happier. Thank you
