What a day! Goodwins have given me an absolutely amazing service. I still believe in spite of everything that people are truly great at heart. I didnt get the two kind ladies names at the shop this evening. But even with a last minute ordeal with me getting married Saturday. Goodwins turned my wedding ring around in less than 5 minutes! Ive met hundreds of kind people but Ive never felt so well served. I drove all the way home feeling very warm with the kind gesture that they have made. Youve truly helped me and I cant thank you enough! I would highly recommend this small business as theyre the best ones! Very polite and welcoming. 100% will be returning in the future. Exceptional service. Staff are so well informed and spent time with me advising my options regarding a vintage ring. I would highly recommend and will most certainly use again. It is rare to get this level of service anywhere these days - I was very impressed, thank you.

Goodwin jewellers goes up in reputation in my eyes every time I visit. It is located off the beaten track in Hanley but the staff there are so professional and friendly. Always willing to help and find out more about your piece of jewellery, but to say if the work is not economic. They have their own workshop to carry out most jobs. Well worth a look!
