        Waking up multiple times in the night due to painful arms. Three sessions and specific exercises aimed at improving my neck movement and strength have improved everything. Highly recommended !

        Jo is so lovely and inviting, have been making it a monthly thing now and I have noticed such a difference in the tension in my back/shoulders already! The gentle massage feels much more helpful than the rough ones some other places will give you!

        I used Matt at Hawkes Physiotherapy as I had problem with a trapped nerve. Matt was very professional and knowledgable and quickly sorted my pain out with exercise, physio and acupuncture. He left me with a series of exercises to continue with and I know if it recurs I only have to make an appointment. I would definitely return to Hawkes should the need arise.

        Vast improvement in strength and flexibility could hardly move, I was in that much pain when I first walked in for my first appointment. Wouldnt hesitate to go back if anything flared back up. I have been given the tools to carry on my healing journey. My body and mind can only get better and stronger. Thanks for everything :)
