Superb service from start to finish. Great help in designing the off road kit for the Cheshire Maverick. Samples available to ensure sizes ordered correct and they absolutely reflected the size guide. Delivered individually to each member so hassle free. Quality service from Steve and the team. Updated review. I initially posted a negative review about ProVision after an unfulfilled order and poor comms. I have now been contacted personally by Ben, the sales manager, who has apologised for the mix up and explained exactly what went wrong, sometimes an explanation is all thats needed to manage Ones expectations. Id like to thank Ben for helping deal with my complaint in a quick and professional way. My gilet has now arrived and as expected is of excellent quality and would cost three times as much if it had Castelli written on it. Their products are really of a high standard. Thank you, recommended!
