Debbie is truly an angel. Since beginning my counselling around 17 months ago, the difference in my life is immense. Debbie is so good at what she does: she has helped me to access my inner strength; to realise that I can be my own friend and emotional support, and that I have a choice in how I respond to the things that life invariably throws at us.
