Always a pleasure to go and collect a parcel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although, some times they are under staffed

The Keepsafe website is endlessly frustrating! Whilst our local service conducts the Keepsafe well, the fact that the website has never ever worked for me, on more occasions than I can count, is incredibly frustrating. Question to Royal Mail: why create a page which won't accept a customer's payment card, irrespective of which type they use? As always happens, I've wasted loads of time online and now have to phone someone up to arrange it!

I'm trying to divert mail for a very close recently deceased relative now her flat has been handed back to her landlord. I sent a mail redirection form by post (as I didn't have time to visit a post office), and as I was rushing to do the application before work while trying to do several other important things, I missed sending my own ID and a cheque - the print on the form is extremely small and easy to miss. Instead of phoning or emailing me (particularly as this is being done because of a death), they posted my application back to me with an impersonal template letter with a facsimile signature - talk about "computer says 'no''! Where payment is concerned, they expect a cheque to be sent - who uses cheques nowadays? Even the County Court allows for payment by card over the phone with paper forms. Moreover, they publish a fax no, not an email... They are obviously living in a different era, but without old fashioned curtesy and personal service.
