thay call themselves a none profitable organisation that's rubbish thay claim nearly 300 a week rent off me and if you need a repair it can take years, some staff can be so rude when phoning up with your concerns, my mental health has deteriorated over the last couple of years has have there pool services

It's like talking to a brick wall. The staff member I spoke to didn't respond to anything I said, completely ignored the fact i was crying and ended the call because I wasn't talking. I was set up with this service because I was told I'd have somebody to talk to, now I feel even more alone.
