Excellent, been using the store for a while , security guard is a great bloke , but gotta sadly say *Customer service* at checkout ( where the spirits are) ,she was not at all welcoming ,bad day ? I was trained to leave ya Sxxt in the staffroom,So you gotta also point at staff to management , she wasn't being managed ! In the old days B4 health n safety if someone had a face like a Blind Cobblers thumb you'd send them off the work floor and Send em home without pay, after the liable issues , you'd get them scrubbing the stock room , Pause if you do read these , I couldn't be bothered with ignorance now ,but some OAP who's maybe only day out was one where this woman was serving could have consequences.

They treat all lone male customers like they're shoplifters and stalk them down the aisles in the most intimidating manner I've ever seen. Happened each of my 3 visits in a few years now wearing vastly different clothing each time, from work uniform to Sunday morning dog walking clothes complete with muddy wellies. They might have a shoplifting problem but that's not my problem and it's no excuse for being so unprofessional that they don't even attempt to be covert about following you around. I've spent much of my working life doing jobs that require no criminal record whatsoever, so it's insulting to be treated like that when there's more chance of their staff having criminal convictions. Get your standards up bandm burslem. I'm not the only one that's noticed this issue. I've heard people say they're notorious for it on more than one occasion. No wonder it's always half empty they're literally driving customers away.
