Well run home with great management that filters down through the care staff who do a brilliant job . Always get a happy greeting and informative reports regarding my 100 year old mum who has been a resident there for the past 9/10 months .Score 10 /10 off me !

Excellent Staff who do Care. Our brother was taken in as a resident of the Limes in Fenton a few weeks ago, and we found the care of the Staff (ALL the staff) to be excellent. Our brother has a lovely, very clean bedroom, with spotless bedding, the food we saw was lovely, and most importantly, we found the care of the staff excellent. In our eyes, they all go "The extra mile". Special thanks to Danni and Sharon (Management) always extremely helpful and approachable about any problems/concerns we have. Also, thanks to Dawn, "little Julie" (very helpful & always smiling), the lady in the kitchen (sorry don't know your name) Rachel and "tall Julie", these are members of staff we have met and have always found to be very caring and helpful. My sister and I think you are all doing a great job, but especially because you all "seem to care about the resident" Thank you for your continued care. Appreciated a lot. Susan & Margaret.

I would like to Express my gratitude for all the care and kindness provided by The Limes Residential Home in Fenton. The care was above and beyond expectations. The Limes care home should be acknowledged for all the hard work and individual care shown to each resident. They provide different types of activities for the residents. Nutritional food and beverage, and so on.Highly recommend.

The Limes residential home provide a home which consistently excelled in every aspect of care, achieved through dedicated professional carers, working within highly maintained homes. The staff are really dedicated and loving. The management are excellent and brilliant with staff, visitors and residents. Could not have found a better home. This facility is by far the best I have ever been to. All staff truly care about the residents and they provide the best care. Amazing place, take a tour and meet the staff, they are fantastic. The facilities are very nice and clean and very well maintained. Perfect place for your loved ones.
