Staff always friendly and always go out of their way to help

Just called the Pharmacy to check stock availability of medicine and was abruptly dismissed with sorry, no, we havent got it The phone was hung up before I could finish speaking. I could have had other items to check, but would not have had the chance. Tesco pharmacy, please do better and improve staff communication skills.

Questioned if I was someone else and asked when the last time I was at the pharmacy then repeatedly asked if the medication was in conflict with any other medication. Friend was also told he couldn't buy medication as it was in conflict with a prescription(it's not) then had security called when he disputed this claim under the guise of staff harassment. Normally average service some times poor.

Having problems for a week getting my regular medication, happened to be shopping in Tesco and thought I would just ask , the gentleman at the time was very helpful and even checked to see what the problem was , as we were leaving a tannoy message came over asking me to return to pharmacy , the young man had checked to see when they were arriving and gave me the number of the store to check if they had arrived , I called the next day and the lady I spoke to was most helpful and luckily I was able to get my medication which I take daily, I just want to say a BIG THANKYOU to the young man that went above and beyond to help me and the lady that I spoke to on the telephone, your pharmacy should be proud to employ such helpful staff , thanks again Amanda Roberts
